Tony Tomkins, Chairman
Tony Tomkins founded the CHARLES FELLOWES GROUP in 1987 having previously practised at the Bar establishing a substantial criminal practice in both London and the provinces. Tony is currently responsible for new business development for CHARLES FELLOWES GROUP in both the domestic and international markets across all practice areas and has established a close working relationship with a select number of today’s key law firms assisting them in strategic hires of significant importance. He has worked for several substantial regional, national and international firms being retained to identify and recruit new lateral hires; team restructures whole firm mergers and new office set-ups.
Sabin Patankar, Director
Sabin Patankar is a Director of the CHARLES FELLOWES GROUP and head of the London office. She joined in 2002, bringing extensive experience in executive search to her current role. She acts on senior level mandated searches world-wide for a number of clients focusing on all aspects of the legal market, including: Banking & Finance, Insurance; Litigation & Arbitration; Corporate; Private Equity; Tax; Intellectual Property/IT; Commercial; Real Estate; Construction & Projects; EU/Competition; Employment & Pensions. Sabin specialises in placing senior professionals and whole teams into key practice areas. She has built a strong reputation for advising both law firms and corporates on their search for talent and has an unparalleled knowledge of the legal market, successfully completing general counsel and senior level appointments across a wide-range of commercial, industry and financial and professional services sectors. Highly networked, Sabin also has developed strong relationships with leading firms in the market and focuses on finding merger partners for some of the clients she represents.
Prior to her career at CHARLES FELLOWES GROUP, Sabin worked in London and New York as a senior consultant at a leading financial services executive search firm. Here she specialised in senior level searches in investment banking, corporate finance/M&A, Private Equity and also infrastructure placements across a wide geographical spread which included the UK, Continental Europe and the US.
Keri Turner, Director
Keri joined CHARLES FELLOWES PROPERTY 13 years ago to set up the division. Keri graduated from Reading University and has been involved in search assignments and managed advertising campaigns for corporate clients and major private practices throughout the country. The longest standing member of the team, Keri has developed a vast range of contacts within the sector and is very well known and highly recommended.
